We are an out of network provider for all insurance companies.
We accept HSA , FSA + Private Pay.
We provide you with a weekly Superbill to submit to insurance for out of network benefit reimbursement.
We can assist you in understanding out of network benefits!
Our private pay rates vary based on location, please contact us or schedule a call to find the location that best fits your needs!
