Owner & Occupational Therapist, Kate McCommons

Meet Katelyn McCommons the proud Owner of Grow Together. Kate is a Pediatric Occupational Therapist and Parent Coach who has been practicing for over 5 years. She has worked in the schools for 4 years and is currently obtaining her Board Certification in Pediatrics. She is certified by the National Board of Occupational Therapy and has a license in OT for the state of Ohio and Kentucky

Occupational Therapist, Leah Bistor

Leah was born and raised in Cincinnati Ohio and graduated with her Bachelors in Occupational Therapy from Xavier University in 2003. She has a diverse background working with adults and geriatrics in a variety of settings such as Acute Care, Inpatient Rehab, Outpatient, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and Home Health. Leah felt prompted to serve students and transitioned to work in pediatrics 2014. She is honored to work in a career that is also her passion to listen, educate, and problem solve with families to meet their unique individual needs. Leah is married with 2 children and lives on a small hobby farm with cattle, chickens, ducks, bunnies, and dogs.

Occupational Therapist, Sara Kula

Sara is a pediatric occupational therapist who graduated with a Master of Occupational Therapy degree from Xavier University in 2019. She has experience practicing in schools, outpatient clinics, and early intervention settings. Sara utilizes a child-led, play-based approach in her therapy sessions to help build upon the child's strengths and preferences to grow and learn new skills. She loves helping children and their families to build their confidence in themselves to continue growing in a variety of skills both in and out of sessions. When not at work, Sara spends her time playing ultimate frisbee or pickleball, paddleboarding, doing puzzles, or playing board games!

Jess Banta, Office Manager

Jessica is a military wife and mom to two precious girls. She graduated with her B.A. in Journalism and Business in 2010 from the University of Cincinnati. She recently relocated from Southern California where she was the Business Manager for a pediatric occupational and physical therapy company for many years. Both her children have attended therapy as well, so she understands the parent perspective.

In her spare time, you can find Jessica at the pool & playing with her girls & two pups!

Kenny Gaynor, Billing and Office Coordinator

Kenny is a husband and a dog dad to Mabel. He graduated with his Bachelors in Business in 2016 from Cincinnati Christian University where he was a colligate athlete for 4 years. Kenny enjoys playing basketball in his free time as well as spending time with his wife. Kenny has experienced first hand how therapy has benefitted him and his family. If you also need a good laugh, Kenny is the person to call!
