What to Expect at Each Location

Impacting Tomorrow

This is a natural, play-based setting that supports skill development through meaningful, everyday experiences. It encourages carryover of strategies and allows parents, caregivers, and the child’s support team to learn and grow together consistently.

Mobile

Our mobile therapy services are designed to fit into your family’s routine and create comfort for your child in their everyday environment. From your first evaluation to ongoing treatment, we aim to make the process smooth, clear, and centered around your child’s unique needs.

Evaluation

Following scheduling with our staff, You will be provided an email with information regarding your OT, their photo and background prior to your arrival. OT to arrive with evaluation materials and as needed materials to complete the evaluation. You may also be sent evaluation questionnaires to your email prior to the evaluation date.

Results from this evaluation will be completed at your next scheduled visit.

Treatment and Intervention

A frequency (how often a therapist comes to your home) will be established by the therapist during the evaluation in collaboration with the guardian and external parties (insurance) will be established.

Regulrly scheduled visits will be completed and all parties will follow our In Clinic policies (Please contact our office at hello@growtogethertherapy.com for information on this model as well as any questions regarding our clinic visits)

Mobile

Evaluation

The evaluation will consist of a 60 minute comprehensive assessment of specific areas outlined in the onboarding process by the guardian. The Occupational Therapist will also assess areas around the topics presented during the duration of the assessment.

Results Review Call

Following the evaluation, the Office will schedule a 1:1 virtual call to review the results of your evaluation. Here, treatment recommendations and intervention goal planning will take place.

Treatment and Intervention

Following your Results Review Call, as warrented, a frequency (how often a therapist comes to your home) will be established. The Occupational Therapist will complete regularly scheduled visits following our Reservation Model.
